Accesibility declaration
This webpage respects important principles of Web Content Accesibility rules in harmony with law novel no. 365/2000. Presentation also respects the most important rules of WCAG 1.0 and Blind Friendly Web methodologies, so that it's accesible to visually impaired people too.
Colour of background and text respects demands of sufficient brightness and contrast difference.
Sizes of all fonts are in relative units and if the browser is capable enough, their size can be changed at anytime without deformation of webpage layout.
Presentation is coded in markup language XHTML 1.0 STRICT, for visual layout, there were used Cascade Styling Sheets. PHP and MySQL provide proper functionality. If browser is able to, CSS can be turned off anytime without losing of any content information.
